It houses a remarkable collection of artworks spanning from the 7th to the 21st century, distributed on three floors and divided into distinct sections.

In the eastern wing of the palace, the Renaissance section displays paintings from the 16th century and prestigious works from private collections, offering significant insights into Renaissance artistic production in the city.

The Gallery, located on the main floor of the palace, provides an overview of the major artists active in Como from the Counter-Reformation age to the 19th century. The tour concludes with a room dedicated to 19th-century painting, which explores the genres of portraiture and landscape.

The 20th-century section, documented through photographs, paintings, sculptures, and furniture prototypes, highlights artistic creativity in Como during this century, ranging from the Futurism of Antonio Sant’Elia to the Rationalism of Giuseppe Terragni and the Abstractionism of the Como Group.
