Housed in a beautiful 16th-century building, renovated at the end of the 18th century, its artefacts and collections tell the history of Como from its origins to the 6th century AD.
The Roman section and the Prehistoric and Proto-historic sections are extremely beautiful and interesting, in particular the artefacts that refer to the Culture of Golasecca.
